1. What products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of event decor essentials including marquee letters & numbers, balloon arrangements, customizable backdrops, and dessert trays and tables.
2. Do your products include setup?
Yes, all our products include delivery and setup as part of our complete service package, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our clients.
3. Are your marquee letters suitable for outdoor use?
Our marquee letters are crafted from high-grade steel, making them both lightweight and durable enough for indoor and outdoor settings. However, they should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions to maintain their quality.
4. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks in advance, especially for large events. This timeframe allows us to ensure that your specific needs are met and that all details are handled meticulously
5. Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on offering customizable options for backdrops, balloons, and marquee letters. Contact us with your ideas, and we will work with you to bring your vision to life.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover the costs of preparations that have been made.
7. Do you offer services outside of Windsor, Ontario?
Currently, our services are available within Windsor, Ontario and its immediate surroundings. Please contact us for more information about possible arrangements for venues located further away
8. How can I get a quote for my event?
You can request a quote by contacting us through our website, by phone, or email. Please provide details about your event, and we will respond with a customized proposal tailored to your needs.
